With her extensive professional experience, Letitia's leadership at IMHR Epicenter is shaped by her belief in complete integration of people with all disabilities into mainstream society. Prior to joining Epicenter, she devoted 20 years to the vocational rehabilitation of people with disabilities through the Arizona State DES Rehabilitation Services Administration. During her tenure there, she initially served as a counselor for clients with mental health disabilities, such as schizophrenia, bi-polar or major depression, and helped them obtain and retain employment.
After advancing to the position of Statewide Coordinator for the Behavioral Health vocational services, Letitia implemented a Supported Employment Evidenced-based practice model. She was then hired as the Assistant Director, and subsequently the Director of the agency, managing a staff of more than 500, a multimillion-dollar budget and multiple state and federal contracts in regulation.
Letitia is an Arizona native. She enjoys escaping the summer heat with visits to the coast, and is a devoted ASU softball fan.“Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit, the potential for greatness lives within each of us.” Wilma Rudolph
