Letitia Labrecque is Executive Director of the IMHR Epicenter in Central Phoenix. She comes to the position with vast professional experience shaped by her belief in complete integration of people with all disabilities into mainstream society. Prior to this venture, Letitia devoted 20 years to the vocational rehabilitation of people with disabilities through the Arizona State DES Rehabilitation Services Administration. She started there as a counselor for clients with mental health disabilities, such as schizophrenia, bi-polar or major depression, and helped them obtain and retain employment. Letitia then advanced to the position of Statewide Coordinator for the Behavioral Health vocational services, where she implemented a Supported Employment Evidenced-based practice model. From there she was hired as the Assistant Director, and finally the Director of the agency, where she managed a staff of 500+, a multimillion dollar budget, and multiple state and federal contracts in regulation. Letitia has an MSW from Arizona State University and is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner.
Letitia is thrilled to help launch this research-proven, cutting edge concept in mental health service delivery and looks forward to helping young Arizonans through their mental health recovery.
